The Fifth Annual
Wivelsfield Village Day
This year the "Feeling Lucky!" theme paid off and the weather was more than kind to us for the whole weekend.
There was a fantastic turnout for the disco on Friday evening, the parade on Saturday morning, the village day itself and the church picnic and cricket on Sunday. The weekend was a huge success and really helped to bring the community together.
There are loads of pictures of the event on our photos page.
In the run up to the day there was a Lucky Treasure Hunt around the village! The day itself kicked off with a Parade featuring many local groups and businesses travelling from the school along Green Road to the Recreation Ground. The Parade set off at 9:45am to arrive in time for the Opening Ceremony at 10am.
Run up to the Village Day
